1. After a shower or bath, gently towel dry skin

2. Apply a pump of the Norwegian Formula^® fast absorbing body lotion into the palm of your hand

3. Warm up the lotion by rubbing your palms together

4. Massage onto body in circular motions

5. For best results, apply morning and evening to the whole body.
