HOW TO USE
  • 1 Dispense the makeup cleansing gel onto a cotton pad.
  • 2 Gently massage it over the face while keeping eyes closed.
  • 3 Wipe your face clean with a cotton pad, cosmetic cloth, or tissue.
  • 4 Rinse excess micellar jelly off if desired.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Struggle to remove makeup throughly Bought this product to try something different to remove my makeup. I love the consistency and thickness of the jelly to remove my makeup. However I definitely struggle to remove all my makeup throughly with it, especially mascara. I’m finding that I’m having to use other products alongside to ensure all of my makeup is off before double cleaning with my cleanser. Also the smell of the remover is lush!! Not sure if I would personally buy again but I would definitely recommend to someone who wears little/minimal makeup.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Basic Make-Up Remover [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very strange texture and takes a while to get used it. I tended to use it with re-usable cotton pads instead of cotton balls, and found I needed quite a lot of product to shift a full face of makeup. The only way I have found to combat this, is to rub it in with my hands first, and then use the cotton pads to remove it (instead of following the instructions and applying it with cotton pads). I used it alongside the rest of the range, so after the cleanser my skin did feel clean, but I wouldn't use this product on its own (however it is way better than makeup wipes!) The smell is slightly citrusy, and I didn't have an issue with this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Refreshed and cleansed I tried this make-up remover and I'm overall pleased with it. The water-based, oil-free formula did not dry out my skin, and it has a lovely and pleasant smell. It effectively removes makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. However, I did find that it took a bit more effort to remove my mascara and eye makeup other than that, I can’t fault it. Having turmeric as an active ingredient, I was pleased that it was non-staining. If you are looking for an oil-free, non-greasy formula that can effectively remove makeup and soothe the skin then this is for you!

Handy that water is not needed Cons: Not good for makeup removal. Need to use a lot of product and a lot of cotton The first time I tried this to remove makeup I used 14 cotton balls and they still weren’t clear to the level i like before doing my second cleanse. This was taking off a work face of makeup which had been on about twelve hours and wasn’t heavy in the slightest. The texture feels lovely so think I’d continue to use this on days where I’ve not worn makeup. Didn’t irritate my skin or eyes however my mam’s skin went bright red - her skin would be far more sensitive than mine

I’ve never had turmeric anything before and have been enjoying using it. It removes makeup well but needs to be repeated or followed up with another cleanser just to get the last bits of grime off. Over all it does work well and hasn’t caused any breakouts and has kept redness in my sensitive areas at bay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely product. This is a lovely makeup remover. It smells so nice. Really clean and fresh. The consistency is a little strange. It's like a jelly. I found it hard to judge how much I'd need and used more than I would of other products. I used loads of cotton pads as well. It left my skin feeling fairy hydrated but my skin is on the dry side to start with. It felt and looked lovely and clean. It looks nice on my shelf and is easy to use and dispense. It removed even waterproof makeup which is good. It just takes a lot of the jelly to do so. Overall a nice product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Get off make up but that's it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly I love the smell, it's sort of spicy with the tumeric, and it didn't irritate of dry my skin. You only need a little, so the bottle lasts, but you do need to go over some areas a lot, especially is wearing waterproof mascara....which is all the tie for me in winter. So if you have painful blemishes this could be a downside. You also don't feel super clean after, I think you are meant to follow with the cleanser? But that's an additional step I don't really want to do when I'm off to bed.
