Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I created an account just so I could give this the review it deserves. I was very disappointed with this product. Not only only that it doesn't do what it claims to do, but it's also 3 x times more expensive than other similar products that are actually really good (ie: Garnier Micellar Water). I thought I'd try this because of the brand and the product description that claims so revolutionary. I was so angry about how bad this turned out to be that I actually tried to get a refund from Boots. So if you're thinking about bying this, don't. It's really bad!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not do what it says! I used this on my face in the morning and my whole face was itchy and dry on my cheeks. I then tried removin make up with it but there was still make up left on my face! Not worth the money or price! So disappointed!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nothing special I bought this as I love micellar water and the hydro boost element sounded interesting. My issue with this is, although it works ok, for the price point it doesn't deliver over and above other brands. It does make my skin feel more hydrated but it does not remove much make-up - I appreciate it probably won't remove long stay or waterproof but it doesn't even remove basic natural makeup - so it really makes this product an unnecessary addition to my routine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't remove make-up very effectively I have used two other micellar cleansers and found both very effective at removing make-up. The Neutrogena product is noticeably different in that very little make-up comes off on the cotton wool pad. I noticed this the first time I used it, and the next evening I tested it out by using Neutrogena on one side of my face and Avene on the other. The Neutrogena product was much less effective than the Avene one - to be honest, I think I'd have got better results with plain old water. A real disappointment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very impressed Really nice product, removes make up easily and effortlessly and leaves skin feeling really clean and fresh and not oily. My skin is quite sensitive and this does not irritate it either. Looking forward to trying other products in the range.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with this product I have been using this product for 3 days now. I must say it is not hydrating my skin at all..If anything it is making my skin dry..I think I will be reverting back to Garnier Micellar Water..The only reason I decided to try this Neutrogena product was due to the fact that it is supposed to hydrate the skin. Unfortunately it didn't happen for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from After trying it out my face became red I read a lot of good reviews about this Hydro Boost Micellar Water, so I decided to try it out as well. In the evening I cleaned my make-up with this water. I was very surprised that after few minutes my skin became very red and all my face started to "burn". I read in instructions, that I don't need to wash my face after applying it but I couldn't handle the burning pain so I washed my skin and put the calming mask on my face. I didn't expect this result as this Micellar water is suitable even for sensitive skin. Can't get it what is the problem and why my skin gets irritated when I used it. Is it normal to feel kinda "burning" feeling on face? However, it's just my personal experience and it doesn't mean that this Micellar Wather won't be suitable for others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not do what it claims to do I recently bought this hoping it to be useful but it doesn't remove waterproof makeup completely. I had to go over my eyes three times with the product and cotton pads in order to remove my eye makeup and even then it still wasn't budging. The same with my lipstick. Disappointed and definitely don't plan on repurchasing.
